Full renovation of a 2 storey house in Russell Heights, Russell by Hatchard Builders
Overlooking both Long Beach and Matauwhi Bay, this older 2 Storey Lockwood home on concrete block lower storey had a simple brief - complete overhaul, for the owners to finish with a new home quality product.
Complete with extensions, and renewing just about every inch of the building, the end product has solid oak floors, a floating staircase, expansive decks with glass balustrading, smart wiring and enetertainers kitchen with marble tops, fully tiled baths.
